To keep our community accessible and enjoyable for everyone, residents and guests are to register their vehicles or request a temporary parking variance when needed.

To keep our community accessible and enjoyable for everyone, residents and guests are to register their vehicles or request a temporary parking variance when needed.
We kindly ask that street parking be avoided. Overnight street parking is prohibited between the hours of
12:00 Midnight - 6:00 am Sunday - Thursday, and
2:00 am - 6:00 am Friday and Saturday, except on major holidays.
If daytime street parking is necessary, please avoid blocking driveways or fire hydrants or creating visibility issues near intersections.
All vehicles should be parked in a garage, on a driveway, or on an approved driveway extension. Oversized vehicles (longer than 228 inches) may have additional restrictions.

Parking Registration
Through the Oversii Security website, homeowners can easily register their vehicles.
Temporary Variance Request
Temporary variances allow for overnight street parking when necessary and must be submitted in advance whenever possible.
