The Bridges of Gilbert Annual Meeting will be held on Monday, November 16, 2026.
The Annual Meeting is different from a Board Meeting as it is a meeting whereby the Board of Directors and management provide a status update on the accomplishments for the last year and projected plans/projects for 2027.

The Bridges at Gilbert Community Association’s Annual Meeting is coming up on Monday, November 16 2026, and we are looking for passionate homeowners to help shape the future of the neighborhood!
Board members serve a three-year term, with meetings held once a month, typically on the last Tuesday of the month. Occasionally, Board members may receive emails between meetings with items to review, questions to consider, or information to look over ahead of the next meeting.
It is a wonderful way to learn more about your community, share your ideas, represent your neighbors, and play an active role in helping shape the community’s future.
Executive sessions are limited to specific confidential topics permitted under Arizona law. Examples of matters a board member may participate in during an executive session include:
Legal Advice: Receiving and discussing legal advice from the Association’s attorney.
Litigation: Discussing pending or contemplated lawsuits, claims, or settlement negotiations.
Member Accounts and Finances: Reviewing personal, health, or financial information concerning an individual homeowner, including delinquent assessments, collection actions, or potential foreclosures.
Personnel and Contractor Issues: Discussing specific job performance, compensation, health records, or complaints involving individual Association employees or contractors.
Violation Appeals: Hearing an appeal by a homeowner regarding a cited rule violation or imposed penalty, unless the homeowner requests that the hearing be conducted in an open session.
Board members participate in open meetings, which homeowners are permitted to attend, and executive (closed) sessions, which homeowners and non-board members generally may not attend unless the discussion specifically involves their account, a violation or appeal, or another matter directly concerning them. These restrictions are intended to protect the privacy and confidentiality of homeowners as well as the Association’s confidential business matters.
Under Arizona’s current HOA requirements, all board votes and decisions must be conducted during an open meeting. Executive sessions are therefore limited to confidential discussions permitted by law and that are required for voting in an open meeting.

We will be electing homeowners to serve on the Board of Directors for a three-year term, and we would love to see YOU submit an application.

Once the voting begins, even if you are not running, your involvement helps us reach quorum and keep the meeting official. Every vote counts! Voting will be done again through VOTE HOA NOW. Information will be sent directly from them at a later date.
