Members
Homeowners become members of The Bridges at Gilbert when they purchase a home. Members are responsible for paying quarterly assessments to support community operations and reserve funds. Members have exclusive access to all the amenities in the community.
 
Voting
Members are eligible to vote on important community matters, such as Board of Directors elections and proposed amendments to governing documents.
